What’s a project?
Projects are how we change the world.
Five elements make up a project.
- It interacts with other people.
- It has a beginning and an end.
- It seeks to deliver a change, a desired result.
- It has constraints.
- It involves unknowns.
We still need unbound time (creativity) and we still have tasks to do. These are not projects.
